Registration Problem

I have a friend unable to register.... not web browser allows it... is this a known issue?

Is it not letting them register or is it they haven't received the acknowledgement of being registered?

The registration option has been turned off (temporarily) due to the overwhelming number of spam accounts that are registered. We WILL be moving to a new message board platform in the first quarter of next year.
