Refs Gave that Game to the Rams

The Saints ran just 13 seconds off the clock and gained no yards after starting 1st and 10 from the Rams’ 13 with 1:58 left.

If they used 55 seconds and kicked, the Rams would have only been left with 1:03 in regulation to score. On its game-tying drive, it took LA 1-minute, 26 seconds before attempting the 48-yard FG.

By throwing two of the three plays, the Saints just butchered the clock and didn’t force LA to burn all of its timeouts.

Now that I agree with. For the life of me, I don't know why Drew throw that long pass to Ginn. He should've worked the clock and put the ball in Karama hands. SMH

Also, in another related article, Roger Godell is supposed to meet with the media Wednesday for his Super Bowl news conference. It was suggested that he may FINALLY address those blown calls.

It wouldn’t surprise me if he didn’t; in my opinion he was more vociferous regarding the Saints and Bounty-gate, but is more so less when it comes to other ethic- related issues involving other NFL teams. But I don’t think he can dodge publicly addressing an issue of this magnitude; the whole world saw this and it’s drawn too much (negative) attention to not say anything.
 



Had the Saints scored 1 touchdown instead in the 1st Qtr instead of 2 FG's on of those 2 drives, we probably wouldn't be having this conversation because the Saints would be in Atlanta.

Although I am a Rams Fan, I hate that the no-call happened. The defense failed to stop to the Rams when they needed to.

Bottom line is the wrong team going to the super bowl. I bet, if the flag was thrown and my saints would've won, the rams wouldn't have had any problems with the flag being thrown. The rams know they got away with one.

The only thing i think about is what we saw. No matter what happened that call should have been made
