Record number treated for heat-related problems during JSU game

Well, I will say this. The stadium running out of water was terrible. That should not have happened. We are two years into the prime era and we should expect 10-12k more fans for homegames than we traditionally had. You should be able to look at historical sales for september, account for additional attendance and that earlier start times will increase consumption and run projections. They need to have this fixed by homecoming.

I think the difference is we had not had a 1 PM day game in September. They may have been properly stocked had the game started at 4.

Well I know one thing..... Coach Prime is going to be mad at me because I'm going to have my butt at Harlows Casino in Greenville, Mississippi during kickoff. I can support the game by giving it tv ratings while also placing my FCS bets and flirting with the two sexy bartenders so they can keep the drinks flowing as I puff my black & mild. I'm light skin and don't need that sun F'ing me over.
Black and mild? Really? You hood?

This is a new staff over the stadium. That is what we was told last weekend.

He knew that they left. That was enough. But his major complaint is that they didnt come. That is why he says he doesn't care about what we call tradition. You have two of the biggest names in BCF and the two most dominant programs in the SWAC since we entered and their fans don't show up? When we leave the SWAC, we only need to play Alcorn and SU.

Damn I didn’t know they celebrated April fools day in September in your neck of the woods.

Just saying…. In past years, we could rely on the Boy Scouts and other organizations to provide cold beverages/peanuts to the fans in the stands.
Now, people must either suffer the heat or stand in extremely long lines for refreshments which many of us ( do to health reasons) can’t manage nor tolerate.
I have attended day games at the Vet and witnessed many fans requiring assistance due to potential heat exhaustion.
Although that’s my favorite Swac Venue, I will more than likely skip this game due to the early kickoff.
Then again, it will be late October and this is JSU…

Have Mercy!!

Actually the attendance is very similar to be 4 prime. Jsu reported 34k at Grambling game and jsu reported 32k in 2019 fri the Grambling game.

There were pallets and pallets of FREE water outside the stadium. For some reason, they didnt put any inside the stadium. I guess they assumed the vendors inside had enough.
Due to contractual issues free water can’t be given out inside the stadium but I get what you saying that water period was needed inside the stadium even if it were to had been for sale
