Rae Carruth Explains Why He Wants Custody of The Son He Admits He Tried to Murder

Church folk always talking bout forgiveness. It's his son....why not let him slowly get custody of him?

It's his son?

So.

RAE DIDN'T WANT HIM, which is why he had mom killed and nearly his son in the process. SMH.

That dude don't deserve to be walking the Earth let own have custody of a kid who he is responsible for leaving him with cerebral palsy.

Do we let child molesters go to prison and then come home to baby sit kids again? No one with good sense would. Do we let folks who attempted to murder someone come home from prison and hangout with the person they tried to kill?

He says that some of what she has said publicly was refuted at the trial, and that some claims she makes directly about him are untrue. Did you read the whole letter? Like I said, it doesn't garner much sympathy, but to me, it makes me wonder if some of what he is saying has any merit.

You’re sounding really funny right now. Merritt or not, this dude killed that lady so that she wouldn’t have the baby in the first place.

Nobody should take him seriously but it seems like you are the only person in America that is on his side.

The legal system is messed up so I will not be surprised if the judge allow him to take full responsibility for his son. I pray the judge doesn't but it is possible. I think Rae is being selfish and he also feel some type of remorse after spending time in prison but I hope he doesn't upset his son's safe space because he now wants to "play daddy". He just needs to take care of his son and allow the grandmother to continue doing what she has been doing for the last eighteen years. Prayers up to the grandmother and son.

Just because you can't comprehend what I said, don't try to put me on his side. I SPECIFICALLY SAID that he doesn't garner much sympathy from me, but I wondered how much of what he said in the letter has merit...Not a difficult concept. So because he did what he did, the grandmother is above lying?

Yes I read the whole letter. That part about him not being in a relationship with her daughter......that she was a one and done......He doesn't bring up any valid reason why he should receive custody of his son. I'm all for him establishing some type of relationship with his son though.

I never said, nor thought, that he should get custody. Completely the opposite. He made that bed.

What I am talking about is what he was saying specifically about the grandmother. How she was using the sympathy to get more care for the kid (which on one hand, you can't knock), and more specifically how she was using the media to spread untruths (at least according to him) about being sympathetic and apologizing for what had occurred, and not responding to him then turning around and saying that he ain't even try.
