Quicktime Issues: I need for my MBA Class

I can see the streaming video but I can not hear the sound. I can't switch to Media Player because the files are strickly Quick Time because that is what University Alliance Uses.

At the same time there is a free website that converts the Windows Media Player to act like Quick Time...I had too many errors so it won't work?

Any suggestions, Corey?

I had that problem one time. it was because the player was on mute. My other players were playing with no problem.
1. Verify the player is not on mute mode.
2. verify the sound, double click the speaker on the command window, is not muted.

Thanks. I had checked all that... I removed it from the PC. Ran a scan disk. Defrag...then reinstalled. It works now...
