Only USC & GC Primary ResponsibilitiesManage projects through a dispersed team of QA Engineers, contractors and full time, domestic and offshore Participate in making hiring decisions, performance management, establishing performance goals, and providing coaching and feedback for local staff Develop core knowledge of Fidelity’s Transaction Processing systems (the Brokerage “Critical Pathâ€￾) across the group, leveraging knowledge of local and New York-based staff. Work with technology partners to understand priorities within the technology portfolio and align resources with project needs Partner with development teams and internal clients to plan for and execute test cases, including providing input for go/no-go decisions for large projects Manage the execution of all QA deliverables throughout the lifecycle Manage the logging and resolution of defects in collaboration with development partners, utilizing a standard process and tool set. Ensure the team’s adherence to the standard process. Participate in department initiatives for process improvement, including automation opportunities Provide project and group level reporting on the quality of project deliverables and the efficiency of processes Education & Experience Minimum 5-7 years of tactical project management and/or quality assurance experience Proficient in software development lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies Knowledge of brokerage trading processes prefered Demonstrated experience successfully working with internal partners and delivery of high quality deliverables Practical understanding of brokerage businesses including Trade Execution Demonstrated ability to grow a team Skills & Knowledge· Demonstrated ability to lead QA and testing initiatives · Professional communication, written and verbal · Excellent collaboration and influencing skills · Understanding of test automation and how to build automation into the lifecycle · Ability to work in a dispersed team supporting multiple customers · Business maturity to work in an ambiguous/unstructured environment · Tools: Quality Center, ClearQuest Regards,
