1. (a)Once the band realized that a high school band was on the field they stopped playing until the band exited the field. (b)Please tell me when you start a cadence at the bus, how in the devil do you know there is a high school band playing inside the stadium on the field.
(a). Not True
(b). It's called LEADERSHIP. That should be the roll of someone on the band staff -- go ahead of the band and make sure everything is on schedule. And, by the way, wasn't the band "HOLDING" in the tunnel, waiting for someone to clear them to come out? It's my understanding that's where Edwards was cursing the high school band director and complaining that PV was supposed to play the Star-Spangled Banner. Get your facts straight before commenting, because you can believe that I don't speak unless I do have FACTS, and not someone's OPINION.
2. The officers who were standing on the field that were not praying was busy ushering the band into the stands during the prayer.

3. The band was still being ushered to their seats to clear the field
WHY HATE ? C O N G R A T U L A T E !!!

For What?

GSU only wish they would have thought of the White Tee's 1st. Again, GSU is the same band who danced in the State Fair Classic years back with the middle finger sticking up !!! So don't go there with the Ghetto remarks !!!!! You can justify a T-shirt much better than you can justify a F _ _ _ You gesture at halftime in front of 50k plus !

As I originally stated, continue to try to justify inappropriate behavior.

BTW, I am pretty sure EDWARDS could give a hoot about Pannell !!!

Once again, where is that coming from. This is MY opinion, and has nothing to do with Dr. Pannell.

THE STAR SPANGLED BANNER IS NEVER PLAYED BY A BAND AT THE S.F.C

Tx_Finest.....consider this your warning about the appropriateness of your post in this forum. You should know better. And remember that you are a reflection of PV, and you never know WHO is reading your comments....

This is your WARNING!!!!

The word 'you' was used in a general sense, not in a personal sense...And it's STILL sad that that's all you can find to talk about in the dance.

It's sad that your reading ability did not allow you to see my previous remarks in reference to PVU. I always said that I enjoyed the show overall show but did not enjoy what YOU brought out about a freakin white tee.....

S phi S IF I WANTED MY STATEMENT EDITED I WOULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF...

If you want to remain on this board, you will abide by the rules. If your post would have followed the rules, I would have had no reason to edit it.

I don't understand how this post turned into mudslinging. Both bands sounded real good and put on good shows. I also don't understand how this thread turned into a PV blowout. This game WAS NOT A BLOWOUT by PV. I said you could argue the "W" in PV's favor because of the white tee, but other than that their show was boring. The squigly line drill has never got house at the Cotton Bowl and you can hear a pin drop when the Box performs. The only parts of their show that got alot of house was when the Black Foxes did the split, the band did the slow lean, and when they did the white tee. Gram's show didn't recieve cheers all the way through either. Fire and Desire was terrrible! The truth is, PV got the biggest (loudest) crowd response from the white tee, but Gram got the most consistent applause throughout their dance routine. Please let the lies and all of the other inportant issues die out because they take away from the great job both these bands did. :saw:

This is not totally true. PV's band/percussion stopped on the ramp at one point during Dunbar Highs field performace. As Dunbar transitioned to another part of the show, PV started to enter the field area by drum cadence. That is fact.
