Should PV fall in SWAC Womens Tourney do they deserve a at large berth to the big dance assuming they finish the regular season undefeated in the SWAC?

That depends on how well they've done out of conference. I would hope they could get an at-large, if they didn't win the tourney. Regardless, if they win the regular season, they're guaranteed a birth in the WNIT.
 



Have the Lady Panthers had any air time this season? Is any scheduled for the duration of the season?

There is no set number of wins need, but PV was 5-7 in non-conference play and none of the five victories were against teams with winning records. They also loss to Virginia Tech who is 0-9 in the ACC. So PV has no shot of receiving an at-large bid with that record.
 
According the www.realtimerpi.com website, the PV ladies are sitting 139th in the RPI, with a strength of schedule currently ranked 259th. So far their "best" win is against Rice, who isn't even ranked in the top 200 of the RPI. Being the only SWAC team over .500 against Division 1 opponents isn't helping the SOS either. To put it simply, it's SWAC Tournament victory or bust to get in.
