Southern - 24

Alcorn has had time to know if they'll be facing either Grambling or Southern. Southern only has 1 week to prepare.
 
I picked Alcorn to win it all before the season started. I hesitantly picked them again for this game. I guess I lost my confidence in them when they lost to JSU. Was Southern missing some of those players when they played Alcorn? If this is so I might change my pick. If not, then I say Alcorn 31-27.

I picked Alcorn preseason also and I am sticking with the white boy...Go Braves whoop them worst than before...But I will take even a 1/2 point win over them wanna be's...Yep I said it, meant it, and represent it!

Nope because JSU had the best defensive talent in the SWAC last year. Our DC waited TIL November to try to use it properly.. then, as you see, it was too late... and HE IS GONE. Had he done his job, JSU would have been undefeated this season. OMJ got rid of that azz too!
 
I predict fans from all of the loser programs will be watching The Southern University Football Jags defend their SWAC title. :lol: :emlaugh:

If you can give up almost 50 points in the beginning of the season and still do it at the end of the season, how has your defense improved? I'm asking for a friend.:snicker:

Yes. Only 2 starters (OL and LB) that had to sit out the whole year and will have to come back next year. All of them were missing for Alcorn game and Austin Howard was still feeling his way through being a college Qb. We also had some RBs missing then too. Tillery was by himself.
