I just called Redd's house and she is doing pretty good from what I was told. She is up and talking.

I didn't know she was having the surgery so soon. I thought she was still waiting. I'm so glad everything was sucessful. Oschner's know they do good work! My mom had surgery there. Prayers are still up!

If u need an organ, they tell u upfront to be ready to move at a moments notice. My co-worker had to leave work abruptly in March because they found a kidney for her husband. Someone had already driven/rushed him from Carthage to the hospital before she could leave work.
 
But he was wounded for our transgression, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5

When did all this take place?

Praise God for the work that he has done. Praise God for the work he is doing. Praise God for the work that we will do. Praise God...
 
Heavenly Father, it's your humble servant Obra here, amongst my SWACPage family, seeking your blessings for our friend and loved one Redd..

I pray that you station your angels around her and protect her from harm.
I ask that you continue to touch her body, allowing it to adjust and accomodate the new heart she's received. Let the adjustment and recuperation be smooth and thorough. Allow her wounds and sutures to mesh, meld and mend. I pray that you strengthen her mind and give her the resolve to continue her walk with YOU.

I also pray for the family and the person who provided the heart.
I don't know the situation nor the circumstances, but I trust that their lives will be blessed by You for sharing their body with Redd. I pray that their soul rests with you in Heaven.

I know that YOU answer prayers, 'cause when I've called on YOU, you've always been there. I'm calling on YOU today, to continue to keep YOUR arms around Redd and keep her safe. I know through YOU all things are possible.

I also ask that you bless the doctors and nurses and other medical technicians and staff assigned to treat Redd. Guide their actions and hands. Temper their minds and souls, allowing them to perform their duties with great skill and care. Please continue to bless their work and their efforts.
