I saw an article about it yesterday. I hope he doesn't have to have his foot amputated. Man life will really take a turn sometimes.
Yea once they start cutting stuff off it just keeps going.
Based on the reports it is not a diabetic problem. From my understanding it is started out as problem with his foot related to hammer toes, but when he had the surgery ,while at JSU, they ran into further complications during the surgery and then later on more complications happen which resulted in two toes being amputated. I imagine that wearing non wide medical shoe and being in the altitude help contribute to his blood flow rate going down to 66 percent (as according to CU doctor what they did for the 3rd sugery had a 50 percent success rate).Does he have a diabetic problem?
I would say that Coach Prime might have done what alot of people do, is that when they start feeling better they disregard medical advice or start to not to flow the medical guidelines fully. I knew of girl that had medical condition and once she started to feel better she stopped her treatment thinking that her condition was in remission and turn out it was only the result of the medication that was keeping her condition in check. I have the same condition and have not stop taking medication and going through treatment since I was diagonized with the same condition (it has been over 25 years that have been on some type of medical treatment). They told him to stay off the foot.
That was the concern that I expressed when he took that job. That cold weather there will not help his circulation.
Something I saidDAMN!
