Prairie View's entire precussion section suspended for hazing

And it is going to continue. Once they kill all the bands with this foolishness. The next target will be out athletic teams because they are hazing as well. Nobody talks about though. But once there are no more bands.........the focus will have to shift. TP told everybody that hazing will not stop no matter what you do. I guess he is right.


Now this was situation was in poor taste but it was not hazing was it? Just a prank. Oh well.

Like someone said earlier, this is us overreacting to everything and making it a black community problem when it shouldn't be. Did the white race feel ashamed when that guy poisoned that tree? I'm sure the SEC fans do a lot worse every week but we always gotta make things bigger than what they are sometimes...

For the sake of clarity, let me point out that there are 2 different situations being discussed in this thread. The picture is of the trumpet section pretending to pee on a Texas Southern bus. The videotaped apology was in reference to that, and no suspensions were handed down for that incident.

The percussion section was suspended for a hazing allegation, apparently unrelated to the photo. Other than that, I don't know any details (SO DON'T ASK...lol)

The suspension has NOTHING to do with the picture. And the picture above was PHOTOSHOPPED (for those who hadn't already realized that)

EXACTLY!

The first situation the ocean members found it funny .. Yet it ended up Backfiring because a load of alumni on both ends reported it
.the section members went to TSU to apologize in full uniform. the members on each side could have cared less. but i guess it was a way of getting Even... I would have CRANKED at them while they're in the uni (lol)

When certain breeds of alumni get involved there are always consequences and repercussions . .. it was nothing Big and IMO shouldn't've been reported to the president of PV ...

. the second situation was probably a false allegation... that suspension is only a reaction of Panic on the presidents part. Anything that sounds like hazing will automatically get suspended now days simply because more people are dying, More people are losing their jobs and Everybody's on edge to React like Something is wrong ..

21 Jumpstreet is in full effect.
