GG sTu. Boy when y'all receivers settle down and start catching... This doesn't look like the sTu of old.
QB Johnson and those star WRs & all-world TEs w/ that potent running attack will give hell to all on sTu’s schedule. This was NOT the same sTu of old. Nice to see Tren’Davian still excelling. I’m sure he will be all-SWAC.

I’m curious to see who gets the start vs uofh lol. All of them are potential starters. The last 3 mins of the game was very interesting w/ those 2 long rushes.

We started several freshmen and thought both of our freshman running backs looked really good. Hurt when our leading tackler from last year went down with a shoulder injury. PV did exactly what they should have an attached his replacement at inside linebacker.
The score does not reflect how tight this contest was, imho. sTu is vastly improved and we were the guinea pigs because this was a new blueprint being presented. All 3 phases of the game were very solid for sTu. I was very impressed w/ all I saw out of the maroon squad. sTu will get quite a few Ws this fall. There is no doubting that fact.

ROCK, sTu got some hosses. It will be very hard to pick against thrm in SWAC play. That transfer portal was very good to sTu.
