Well here's some tips for ya' Ms. Lady....
When the game comes on, use the scroll on the directional pads (
<-- --> ) and go down to exhibition....
Press
X....
Then whatever side you're on....use the
R1 or
R2 buttons to scroll through the teams.....when you find a team you like, (The Saints huh??
) Press
X to select your team....
Wait for the game to load....
Then when it comes to the coin toss press whatever button it tells you.....depending on which way the coin falls....you'll be able to determine if you want to kick off or return, and/or what side of the field you'll be playing on.
When the game starts if you know about football, you'll know the plays. Plays with one straight line and no recievers are running plays.....plays with recievers are pass plays.
In the toggle/play screen you'll press
X, O, or Square to pick what play you want....
Then the screen will go to the field.....press
X once to hike the ball.....after you hike the ball press
X again quickly to bring up your recievers.....each reciever will be highlighted with a their prospective letter for their button....
(Ex. Randy Moss runs down the field left side and he's open.....over him is an X....so you'd press X and the QB will throw him the ball.)
Once the reciever has the ball hold down X to run faster.....triangle to hurdle, circle to spin, and R1 or R2 to jook (fake out the defender....)
When you pick a running play the Qb will automatically hand the all off.....then you'd use the commands I told you above to move the ball up the field.....
Defensense is similar.....I'll explain that later if you can get past the first play....
