But they attend the Senior games, Blue/Gray games, etc... Games where other players aren't trying to end your career or change your life.

Can't compare the bowl games to these All-Star games with the scouts. The rules of the Senior Bowl and others make the possibility of getting hurt less likely than that of the bowl games or any other non All-Star game
