Your picks are your business but AAMU 2006 does not belong on that list, the teams on that list only lost to other teams that had 9+ wins. Also, no team on that list won less than 9 games themselves!! AAMU only won 8 games and got whooped by sorry teams (Valley and PV). Where is the logic? One of these don't belong here!!

Tennessee St. should be the consensus #1 out of all the teams mentioned in this thread. They were simply on another level that season, and they murdered teams on both sides of the fence.
If Leon Murray stays healthy, they march right through the playoffs. They were just that well-oiled. I haven't seen that type of precision on offense and special teams since. That includes PWCs.

aamu alum equates beatin a below average JSU team and subpar coaches with winnin the national championship.
Such low standards for traditional bottom feeders is understood though.
aamu has to get in where they fit in and that's at the bottom.
aamu has NEVER had an elite football team in it's history, plain and simple.

Maybe if A&M had've came in the SWAC and been like some other schools in the conference and pretty much rolled over whenever they compete with the "bigger name" schools ; ya know like not winning chytt, consistently finishing last in the major sports, etc.; maybe this silly hatred wouldn exist.
