Absolutely!! I don't like to see the brother being treated this way. But, college/pro football, is really no different from any other company/business. If you keep getting passed over for promotions/pay raises, then you need to move on.

I actually thought about the same thing as him as far as some HBCU making a call and inquiring about hm coming to be their coach (Cooper is a USC alum but achieved all of her coaching success in the SWAC).
But some of these brothers are too far gone in the Sunken Place

She played collegiately at USC. But, she graduated from Texas Southern.
Also, she started her coaching career at TSU, left to coach at USC, and came back to TSU.

Speak the truth brah. Cynthia Cooper-Dyke is a PVAMU alum; she played ball for those "people" over there.
Seems like Mr Martin chose his snake of choice and the venom surrounding the program is certainly taking a toll on him and others like him. In the next life, he'll choose the better life @ one of our HBCUs.

She started her coaching career in the WNBA and then eventually went to PV. She tried to come to my TSU first, but the administration fumbled the ball.
With that said, your point about Tee Martin is well taken. There is more to the world than Knoxville.

They are using him in Knoxville to just recruit. He couldn't even get a token interview with his alma mater.

That's not necessarily true. HBCU(s) can be political too. Let's just say the odds are much better at an HBCU.
