The LA Times and News got her in the back of a Sherriff's car cuffed and bawling like a "Princess".

Call me senister, but I hope her 2 friends are next and a lot more from "pure Hollywood".
That white girl from "Lost" got caught 3 times DUI and never spent a day in jail.
They sent her home the same way before all the GLARE of these nutt's started popping up on the front page everyday wrecking cars and in clubs underage drinking.

LOS ANGELES -- Paris Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying Friday seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

Hilton, who was brought to court in handcuffs in a sheriff's car, came into the courtroom disheveled and weeping. Her hair was askew and she wore a gray fuzzy sweatshirt over slacks. She wore no makeup and she cried throughout the hearing.

Yes.

You all have to realize that this is a shock to her. Punishment to her would have been to limit her to only $20,000 to spend in 45 days....LOL That would have taught her a lesson.

Nah. Brandy's case will be a civil one. They already said the can only charge her misdeamenor vehicular manslaughter what ever that means if there are criminal charges. Plus she isn't a habitual offender of anything. No black jury will convict her anyway. With these DUI cases you are under the judge's discretion and no jury trial. Especially since all the evidence is in that breath analyzer.

hell she is a Hilton Heir. She don't need any more money. Hollywood could blacklist her from TV and it wouldn't matter. Everytime any of us stay in a Hilton brand hotel, their family cash register goes cha ching. :nod:

If she gets the same judge, I bet her attorneys are working hard to see that doesn't happen. LOL. Just make sure one of their country club buddy judges take the case. It isn't going to be open season on all of them. Some will still get off. Now that fool Tom Sizemore about to get hemmed up for a minute. They might need to do like Johnny Depp and just live in another country.
