Which one of those former twirlers is a drag queen that stand on the corners in Hattiesburg in a wedding dress in 90 degree weather....!!

I hollered!!!!!

Its one that works at McDonald's in St. Louis. He marched with the Boom in 95.
He is a :( sight.

I need to find the stand footage from the Su vs. Jsu game from 1990 I heard it went down that day .

Good luck....

Alot of us who were in that band have been looking for stand footage for years.....

But there wasn't much of a stand battle that night.. We beat SU 54-14 (or something lopsided like that), so we played the whole game... And then some clowns got to shooting on Southern's side... The Jukes left before the game was even over (the shooting continued).

It would've been a good 5th, though....

A lot of people sleep on the PVU/AlaSU 99 battle!!! That one was STILL the best one I've been in, besides the famous AlaSU/JSU "5th before the 1st back in 2002 in Mobile.

It's the most famous because "The Boom" put their foot so far up the jukeboxes' azz, they breath smelled like shoe polish for a week.

More lies.......I could easily pull up SU vs JSu 99 or 91 or 92, 93, 94 ,95, 96, 97, 98, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and show the Sonic Womb getting skull drugg.

I really would not add 1991 to the list.....
That was Edward "Pop" Duplessis time at the helm for the 1991 season

We Still had Paul I. Adams writing music and Pop was still charting field shows......

Also had a wide range of student arrangers that was off the charts as well..

LeMark Gulley..........Ed....Dowell Taylor where still contributing even in his Director of Bands role..........

That was a good battle, but I think both bands were at less than full strength. It was fun though. But that dayum Lately.....*sigh*

91 Jukebox really dealt with the sonic pop! We did a less than spectacular field show, but yall isht really stunk. yall brought out a table and chairs like someone was on a date, and a horrible solo was sung. But we torched your azzes in the stands. That was at memorial and they turned out the lights and cut the grass (never seen that before or since), but we didnt leave until after the boom embarassed themselves by playing scales. I dont know if yall were out of music, but damn scales! We laughed all the way back to Baton Rouge.
