Remember back in the day when people didn't have to lie just to post decent smack?

For instance: if you knew deep down inside that your team really had to pay stadium rent, or didn't win the 1996 BCF championship, or that your former starting quarterback/current wide receiver was not Heisman trophy caliber, then you would just act like a man and admit it and wouldn't come on the board talking crazy and wasting everybody's time?

Things were better then.

Also, remember those days when you were engaged in a smack battle and your adversary wouldn't stoop to lying about statements you made just because he was getting the hell smacked out of him? Moreover, he wouldn't come on another board two weeks later and deliberately misquote you just to save face?

Times sure have changed, huh?. :(

BTW: Remember back when men were men and smack was smack and posters on this board didn't create sissy azz threads just to beg someone for an apology because their feelings got hurt?

Man, I wish we could all get back to the way things used to be. Those sure were the good ol' days.

The only person I would even remotely think about discussing the Smack board with is Robber, simply because he is an active member.
