Does anyone other than myself take these supplements? I was told by my physician to take 5000 mg per day.

I was told to take 5000mg to help reduce/maintain triglyceride levels. I also eat fatty fish at least twice a week(salmon, tuna, etc).

I just found out that you are the poster formerly known as 'shawiggi'.....:)

That's me. Where you been.

Oh yeah the 300 mg is my B Complex..

My fish oil is 1000mg.

I was heavy on the albecore tuna for several months. I have to get back on it.

I have them, on my desk, but I'm not consistent in taking them. Since it is best that they are taken with food, I don't remember to take them.

I take all of my other vitamins much earlier, generally about 4:45 am, and not with food.

Yes I take them along with flax seed, which also has Omega 3 phatty acids.

Macrel(sp) and salmon also abundant with Omega 3.

I take 1000mg Fish Oil every day.

I take a whole lot of other schitt too .....like Vitamin C, Calcium, MegaMen multivitamin, etc...
