Southeastern is better than a lot of folk realize...Alcorn competed despite poor qb play. I look for them to pull it off against Langston. Could be a close one.

This is already a must win game for UAPB...I think they pull it out, barely!
Bama State not impressive scores in last two games. Jackson playing well but something ain't quite like it should be.
Texas Southern @ Jackson St.
TxSU has to be encouraged by it's showing against Bama State...Jackson has to be discouraged by it's showing thus far. Bell is on a 3 game losing streak...that's not Jackson State football. No offense...defense is okay but offense has limited talent. Best two players are Hale(sp) and Kennebrew. Run them behind Stinson...throw to the tight end and let your defense win. Cuz Haren ain't gonna make it happen...No arm at all.

A&M was caught off guard...Valley is good but this is a road game and A&M is looking to bounce back.
Prairie View Southern U
PV has improved...I was impressed with how well their qb improvised in the SFC last year. Tough kid who can make plays. Jags had problems with Nelson last week but look for better db play this week. Graves won't have Phillips (Secondary Coach) playing such a soft cushion. Look for a bit more
press coverage and Blitzing...especially in the redzone (either coming out or going in). Joe Cool is a legit qb...potentially the best yall have had since Harrison (but in a different way). Jags by 11 (late)
Grambling vs. Washington St. @ Seattle
I like our chances...but I'm biased. Grambling has a good shot and has personnel to compete. Gonna take a good game plan and sound play calling. But let's not get so conservative and not play our brand of football. Combine the run game with good play action with the deepball. Our offensive line is the key in this one...we need to execute, move the chains and score. No fluke stuff but legitimate scoring drives. The longer we play up to our potential the better our chances.

4.MVSU over AAMU by 3.Don't know if the Delta Devils are for real yet.AAMU seem to be having an off year.
5.Southern University should rebound over Prairie View this week.
6.Washington State over Grambling by 7.I hope I'm wrong but we seem to nut up against PWCs.
