In the latest chapter of a soap opera-like saga, Chicago Bear Lance Briggs is facing a nasty legal battle that could soon turn nastier.

Brittini Tribbett, who has a 3-month-old baby with Briggs, says she's sharing a room with their baby at her mom's house, has turned to family for help buying diapers, and faces unpaid medical expenses and other bills -- despite Briggs' vows of support.

I was listening to the lawyers on B96 this morning. He had an oppurtunity to settle this out of court. No he is liable for 70 grand a month. They also stated that he may have two more on the way. Now he is officially stoopid. :smh:

At least Briggs has better taste than Isiah Thomas.:ebrow:

I actually worked with Steve Patterson (the reporter who wrote the story), and if he writes something like this, it's a very good chance Lance is in trouble.
 
I don't get it either. However, I heard the best way to still get your groove on and avoid getting someone prego:

Vasectomy. All you have to do donate your little soliders to a bank and then get the procedure. That way you can party and then have kids in the future.

But these athletes have to stop thinking with their little head instead of their big head. It is embarassing.

Why are sports players held to some different standard than the average joe? Because he makes millions doesn't mean that he is any smarter than joe blow down the block that has 3 women preggo at the same time, and he doesn't have a job at all. Men and women need to learn, she is just as guilty as he is....she doesn't get a pass simply because he is a celeb.

If dude is the father, and he doesn't plan to marry this chic, then he needs to pay child support. But to try and label him as needing to know better and making statements about how "these athletes" need to learn to do better is not only making her appear to be some type of victim, but making it appear that financial wealth makes you smarter. If he wasn't in the NFL, he would still be in the same situation, yall just wouldn't care.....unless it was your daughter, sister, or cousin that was having the baby.

You shole is right Suge. Folks forget alot of these cats are just the regular joe knuckle head that just happens to play ball and make money. Hell some of them have already had several babies even before they draw one NFL check.


No different than Pookie and Ray Ray who got 6 baby mamas. Briggs just got money to pay if the court takes it from him and those other cats in the neighborhood don't.

I wonder has Urlacher paid his support to his black baby mama yet.

Nevermind I found out about her.

She just lost a $33 million dollar suit against Micheal Flatley. She said Micheal raped her some years back. Evidence shows she tried to extort money from Flatley so the judge ordered her to pay him $11 million dollars for making false allegations to extort money.

Her name is MARIE ROBERTSON.

She is the mother of Brian Urlacker's son.

TRAMP trying to get paid off of high profile white dudes. In some ways I aint mad, but she is still FOUL as Fugg.

He can probally forget about that unless he has some mighty powerful evidense that she is an unfit mother. I think Briggs will be an unrestricted free-agent this off season and he will be getting paid very well with a hefty signing bonus. This girl is not about to screw up her meal ticket or her mommys meal ticket. As far as him not using a condom; she probally wouldn't have sex with him if he insisted on using a condom.
