Norfolk State vs Mizzou

Norfolk didn't seem scared at all. That's one of the SWAC problems. They get scared and schit when going up against the big boys or on national stage. Stay at home for all that.

It appears Missouri took Norfolk lightly. Missouri didn't press like they normally do probably because they lack depth and wanted to save their legs for Florida(another fast-paced team). They had no answer for the paint, and Norfolk was shooting uncharacteristically well from the 3-pt. line. Missouri's defensive intensity just wasn't there.

Great interview.

Kenny Smith talked about how Mizzou wasn't putting any ball pressure on NSU at all, which allowed them to get comfortable and run their offensive set.

Just shows, you should give your full 100% attention to your current opponent. Rule #1 in avoiding the upset is to not let the opposing team gain any confidence against you by taking an early lead or keeping it close in the half.

NSU was eons above Valley. They had a solid team & obviously good coaching. Cannot hate on that.
On the bball court, from top to bottom, I think the MEAC is better.

And right on cue as expected. If you can rarely say anything positive about your own school, I know DAMN well the SWAC has no hope to get something positive from you.

Despite no head to head as a few people has said, they are Eons..... aggin please.

So, it's impossible to compare quality of play without head-to-head competition?

Also, is the acceptance of whatever SWAC teams produce without criticism the way we want to go?

Does this "only say positive things about SWAC teams" attitude enable mediocrity?

It appears Norfolk wins with 4-year transfers as if you read the bios, those were high to mid-major guys at one time who've played at the highest levels...

As for Mizzou...Norfolk has a bigger team and it showed against them as if you have a decent big man that's the difference

Stop taking things so personal 662. The SWAC is considered an athletically remedial. And if you don't know why then you're a remedial graduate of the conf as well. I was elated valley won only because they were the best of the worst.
Watching the SWAC attempt to compete OOC is like watching a retarded kid run 100m vs U-Bolt :retard:. The OOC records (plural) speak for themselves, now don't they? BTW, congrats on the victory vs a losing record WKU.
