Thank goodness The Raiders are canning Jack Del Rio. I saw it coming a few weeks ago, but the performance of the team in the last 4 games sealed the deal. The Raiders had every opportunity to get back in the playoff race and continued to play horribly on offense. He clearly lost control of the team and had no clue on how to fix the issues of the team. Offense was a huge disappointment. All-Pro OL, All-Pro QB, All-Pro WRs, and Beastmode came in to help the running game and we struggled to score all season.
 
A Detroit Lions fan actually said "mediocrity isn't allow in the D". Man some of these fan bases are just as delusional as their ownerships

 
The Raiders defense needs fixing, and I am not so sure the problems are mostly Del Rio's fault. They may needs some personnel changes on the defense.

They are talking about getting Gruden. What they may need is another John Madden. He was able to get a lot of different personalities to play as one.

Let's not forget that they are headed to Las Vegas, and a high profile coach would help. Winning would also help too.

His fatal mistake was getting rid of last year's OC. Offense was darn near unstoppable last season and you push the OC out? Something was definitely going on behind the scenes.
 



Lifelong Bears fan here. I wanted either Nagy or DeFlippo. I think this is a good hire bc The Bears problem this season was not defense. The Bears issues were play calling and “players”. We have the QB of the future, Two great running back’s, good Oline, and a promising rookie TE. WR situation is a mess! Meredith is recovering from ACL, K.white and Wheaton are made of glass. I hope they spend every dime on receivers.
 
I am not sure what my Giants are looking for in the offseason. Even though McDaniels and Patrica are good candidates, they will have to find a replacement for Eli Manning and fix that terrible offensive line.
 
The Tennessee Titans and head coach Mike Mularkey mutually agreed to part ways Monday morning, the team announced.

Mularkey went 18-14 in his two full seasons as Tennessee's coach and helped guide the Titans to their first postseason appearance since 2008.

But after rallying for a victory over Kansas City in the wild-card round, the Titans were eliminated Saturday night with a 35-14 loss in New England.

ESPN previously reported that as of Sunday, the Titans and Mularkey were discussing an extension that would have kept him in Tennessee beyond the 2018 season.
