New JSU Athletics Director to be announced today, live at 2 p.m





All smack aside. I really hope JSU didn't hire Vivian Fuller, that is definitely a step back. We on the East Coast know about her very well and most info isn't good. Seem as if JSU's new President is only hiring her homeboys and homettes and not the best qualified. I'm sure JSU could have got someone better. Our leaders sell our universities short, my university included.
 
I had a very, very long conversation with her about four years ago when she was promoting JC for the job! A BIG advocate for JC too!

Yes, this is partly true. During 1994, as athletic director of Northeastern Illinois University, Dr. Vivian Fuller misappropriated scholarship funds and other monies which caused NEIU to be under NCAA probation and the athletic teams were ineligible for NCAA tournament play. Later at Tennesse State University, she was fired in 1998 for her incompetence and the Tennessee State University earned NCAA probation in 1999. She had to have some link with the 1999 probation and used her NCAA connections to stick it to them. She is a vengeful woman. Dr. Fuller sued and used her status in society to get money from Tennessee State University and rob our tax dollars as she robbed the universities. Two universities under NCAA probation in less than 6 years. This is pathetic and it reflects Dr. Vivian Fuller's awful administrative skills.

He shole wanted to go a few years ago. LOL. Home is always home for the right price. I am sure TxSU is paying him more than JSU is wanting to pay for him. Chuck is always looking for the next opportunity. You can tell. JSU missed out on him back then. Should have hired him when he wanted the gig.

I get the strangest feeling that she would be willing to move a home game to Mumford Stadium if she saw it would make JSU more Money...:lol:.
