I've seen to 2 Valley games this year and the QB had to motion to the band to tone it down while they were under center

As someone said earlier, situational awareness.

It's that whole "the people are here to see the band" mentality that has taken over HBCU football. They don't care until the ref has to call them out
The conference office has issued a decree for bands not to play which I don't understand why the refs don't take charge.

Cadillac had some personal issues as an assistant coach at Auburn and was forced out. He will not return.
Oh, I know he will not return. I was gonna ask what kind of issues, but like you said, they were personal so never mind.

On hiring former NFL coaches, it would be wise of all administrations to consider the time period the candidate's career was in. Not to discriminate, but for prudence sake.

Some of us have been around long enough to remember when you got a concussion you were told something like, "Son you just got your bell rung, go ahead back out there and play." During those days you had to be seriously concussed, nearly knocked unconscious to be taken out of a game. At times you got back to the sideline feeling dazed after making a hard hit and all you heard from a coach was, " Good hit son, way to let them hang."

Concussion protocol and CTE were not even part of the vocabulary back then. Just something to consider, especially if the candidate had a long career.

He's making 400K plus $600/month for car allowance and is to go up to 425K next year. I don't think su got that kind of cheese to pay a head coach and his staff.
If donations come in they can get it done. I think this season has been embarrassing enough for them to pull if off. Scheduling money games are another option.

They still owe Dooley which will be paid in Jan and also will owe Graves another year.

I truly believe Southern can see the $425 and raise the pot with an Escalade (courtesy vehicle), with a commercial.

Well if history holds true he won't be the RB at Colorado for long. CP don't take too kindly to others trying to "Elevate"

Fooley has been paid… and read Graves contract
You better go read the small print. SU still owes Dooley 150K to be paid in Jan and because you got rid of Graves during the season they are on the hook for his 3rd year of his contract.

He has already been paid that was the deadline and the amount was 163K and some change. Did SU get rid of him on paper during the season or waiting to officially file the paperwork in January? Example LSU didn’t officially fire Brian Kelly…
