It helps the Lakers post Lebron.

This was about the future for Lakers.

You pretty much got your replacement for James when he leaves.

That's stupid because they could have gotten a ransom for Luka instead of 2 players and 1 first round pick they can't use until 2029.

And that is the point a LOT of folks are making in Dallas.

Some think this is an Adam Silver move to help that LA market.

Well we in Dallas DO NOT CARE.

And I would NOT want to be the season ticket staff today.

If you thought folks had F words for Jerry Jones..... Nico is getting a few and it's not from just fans. It's media folks who are not happy.

They are calling for his HEAD. They don't want to hear about money or fitness of Luca or defense when you got Klay Thompson on the team.

AD is 31 turning 32 this year, exceptional talent on the floor but when he has his little injuries on the floor, can Kyrie carry for 5-10 games? Idk. Dallas will be much more competent defensively, but offensively is where things will get interesting.

Well if we had gotten more like 7 draft picks-you know like the 5 Mikkal Bridges somehow demanded-folks would not be as mad as they are.

There is protest in front of the arena right now and the cops had to be called. A few derogatory words about Nico are being written on the sidewalk and they can't seem to wash it off.

Folks are furious over this. As should Luca because he just LOST $160 million in this trade. Because he is now limited in what he can sign for elsewhere. Heck he's losing money NOW because California is state income tax state. So he just lost even more money.
 



I have not followed NBA rosters that closely this season, but here are some thoughts.

If this trade works for Dallas, Nico Harrison will look and be thought of like Tom Landry, Gil Brandt and Jimmy Johnson-fair or unfair.

If this trade does not work out for Dallas, Nico Harrison will look like and be thought of like Jerry Jones-fair or unfair.

I understand how you feel. Jerry is a klan member and won't change. AD smh 🤦 what is made of butter? Charles Barkley named him street clothes because he stay hurt. Man I wish y'all the best of luck but dallas right now is full of crap.

Funny thing is folks have no ill will towards AD. Despite him always being injured. They feel sorry for him because he wasn't begging for a trade.

As for the Fox- well it's back to below 500 teams for him. I am sure Mike Brown is smirking somewhere.
 
I was watching a little of the Grammys but am now looking at NBA TV trying to catch up with the latest big trade. I will be watching more of the NBA on TNT and ESPN during the winter that I usually have been for many years. I often do my homework late in the regular season to be ready for the playoffs.
