You don't understand Jobe's system. Cox wouldn't play for Jobe, trust. You need to recruit undersized quick 4 and 5's and get them in excellent shape. You use the other teams size against them. During Jobe's first tenure, I never saw a team as quick as SU. If a team ran with SU they were in serious trouble. By the second half the opposing teams bigs were no good because their legs were gone from all the running SU did them.
