No, you all made a great hire. We are just saying some things we would not have said before. Don't worry. You will see for yourself.

I said it would happen. Always derailing threads. They'll be the first ones to take unwarranted shots at Valley any chance they can get it (we know which ones I'm talking about) but now we are supposed to all of sudden we are supposed to take advice from yall?

I guess I will go and ask Jason Collins for advice on picking up women...

We were not saying ANYTHING bad about Valley. We gave Comegy some props on recruiting and told you all some inside info on the man. You are getting it first hand and you should appreciate it. I wish we had people to tell us about our HC and staff. You all are not in the dark at all.

Yall are coming across like a jilted bride, left at the altar. A few months ago, yall thought the sun came up when Comegy told it to. Now, yall crying and throwing salt on him.
But think about it, as alums, yall are standing on the outside looking in. Comegy is involved in it. If there is one game he will pull out all the stops, you KNOW its the game against jsu. Remember, the Comegy mad tour? You bout to REALLY see it now. :lol::slap::slap:

He can't coach. Can't win big games and all he does is recruit dumb thugs.

You are STILL valley. Comegy will only get up for ONE game and that's when you play JSU.
Which has been valley's case for years now so ain't shit changed.
(Well actually Morgan tried to change that but valley wouldn't let him be great)

Right....we know allll about rick lol aint shit you can tell us about him. He does not have new tricks in his bag, he will continue to hire his non coaching azz friends. He will still try to out talent teams, he will still do coach speak etc. Allll we were saying was good hire for valley but do not dare act like he was the best lol. We have known rick and co. for 8± years, even this nice signing class does not surprise.me. Yall think we are trolling but we were just giving you the heads up on rick and how he nuts up in big games ie mvsu @jsu 2014 do not get your hopes up.

I'll leave this little tidbit with you though. If Comegy couldn't even win the EAST with Therriault ain't no way in hell he gone win it with whomever Valley has. That's my advice, now take it how you wanna.

MH, over the last 19 years, all of Valley's coaches have pulled out the stops and tricks to try and beat JSU and ALL have failed.
Comegy's only one of the hens in the henhouse and you can guess who the rooster is.
 
Now back to Valley's recruiting trail. Comegy is a good recruiter. That is all.

By the way, who is the offensive coordinator?

I would STILL take Comegy back over any staff in the SWAC aside from the one Gramps has put together. I still think Comegy is a BCF legend and a great recruiter but there are some things he didn't and can't do. He can do well at this level. He just can't dominate like he did at NAIA and D2. He had the talent to go 11-0 in 2011 and fell flat. Comegy lost 20 games by a TD or less. Those games were difference between him being a good coach at JSU vs the greatest coach at JSU. We hired him to be the greatest.
