Georgia is paying Southern $650,000 to be it entertained by the Southern band, and toy with the Jaguars on the field. It is a price Southern feels it has to pay, or at least thinks they have to pay, to field its athletic programs.
My question for years, what happens the money, earned by the HBCU. If you look at the facilities, recruiting, etc, etc, nothing has changed.
The opinion of the band is true. Two weeks from now, TSU will be at UTM, they are asking about the Crats. If the band does not come attendance will be less than 1K.

Nothing has changed in the facilities of HBCUs? Are you just repeating an old line?

You have to understand that he's more then likely speaking from his own experience ( also meac connection) and simply assuming that everybody else is in the same boat.

Dude do you even read to understand where funding for projects come from? Do you understand that you have to have that funding already in place before you even start a project?
