I believe that MJ is innocent, but incredibly arrogant and stupid. I don't put the behavior beyond him, but the accuser's family credibility is so suspect, that I have a hard time believing them.

I will not say what my personal feelings are right now. I will say that if he is innocent but found guilty, it is no ones fault but his. If you barely escape one time, why put yourself at risk again?

Again, after almost going to jail and paying 10 million, I would not even create the illusion or possibility that I could be doing the same thing. Even if not guilty, he is stupid.

Looks like the only black people in MJ's life was his family and the Nation's bodyguards he hired right after this mess started.

I say probation for something minor or a "slap" sentance for some minor offense.......no real jail time if any.
USA today has an article on where he would be depending on if he get's convicted of Molestation or some minor charge.
It will be a 1 person protective custody cell in a special wing for "famous" inmates. General population won't even get close to this guy. They already are making arrangements just in case.

Guilty/Innocent- I am not sure anymore. With multiple charges, probably a guilty on at least 1.
Sentence- depends on the charge found guilty on.

I really don't know anymore...I am starting to believe that Mike is guilty of ALL charges. It's just too many stories and he's been in this situation time and time again, and paid off too many folks. Something's just not adding up here.
Bottom line, like I've always stated before, MJ is a very sick, dysfuntional individual and he needs some serious help....convicted, or not. :shame:

How many white people MJ surrounded himself with before the trial shouldn't even be an issue. He's been hanging with the whities exclusively since he left the Jackson 5, that still didn't stop us from buying the Thiller and Bad albums. I honestly don't know what happened between him and those kids. I do think there was inappropriate behavior, but we can't say for sure to what extent. I do believe that if I were on the jury, I would acquit him on the most serious charges. The victim in this case has enough credibility issues to give me a resonable doubt.

I was in Greenwood in 2000. Heck I moved three times in 2000. There for 6 months. Served time at DCF. lol

I'm not sure how much help MJ can get at this point. Keep in mind this man is pushing 50. He is what he is. If you believe he's innocent, all you can hope is that he covers himself better nex time. If you believe he's guilty, all you can hope is that he's put under the jail.

I don't care for Oprah either but just because people don't go around bragging about what they done publicly doesn't mean that they haven't supported any of our cause or us.
