The dude was saying he now risk losing his job over a domestic case and he didn't touch her. I didn't know they could lock you up for arguing and not hitting someone just because you got mad.

That is the law here in Texas also. If anyone calls the police and they have any visual indication that there MAY have been an argument; the state will press charges.

SIMPLY someone goes to jail, if "The Male" does not press charges on "The Female" then "The Male" goes to jail.

Yeah that's what I was told after I asked someone about it last night. That's messed up. I can see if you hit someone then you should go to jail, but taking someone to jail for nothing is crazy. I guess OJ opened the door up. :scared:
