Does anybody know who's participating in the MEAC/SWAC Challenge in 2021? I'm hearing Alcorn and North Carolina Central

Southern & NC A&T were rumored to play for a future game, but the Jaguars are now playing at TROY on Labor Day weekend in 2021.

2020...Grambling vs S.C. State

2021.... NCCU vs Alcorn

Norfolk State is playing Marshall on that weekend in 2022
Right now the only schools that don't have a game scheduled that weekend is Howard & SCSU,
This game may have to be changed from having a MEAC team there to having another HBCU school playing there and the name of the game changed.

It looks like they got Alcorn to represent the SWAC for 2021. I think Alcorn fans will show up stronger than Grambling fans so Alcorn is a better choice to me. Since they been winning, I put Alcorn fanbase up there with SU and JSU ... really passionate, loyal, and supportive.

Also outside Jackson most Alcorn alumni live in Atlanta.

Alcorn vs NCCU will be a good match up ... both top HBCU teams.

NCCU and Alcorn were scheduled to play 2021 from the start.
