Louis Crews Classic Band Battle - AAMU Marching Maroon & White vs. PVAMU Marching Storm

[Unknowm]

[Mark]

PV is really traveling the SWAC, should be a nice battle.

[BLAQUE PRINCE]

This should be a good one. Is this game also being called the Louis Crews Classic or is this just for the BOTB?

Yup.....

Our first game is always the LCC.

I was wondering if it was something like that. Nice.

It's the 7th annual Louis Crews Classic. We usually have a concert the Friday before the game but this year will be the first BOTB

[bernard]

Should be a great BOTB, both Band Directors are very professional and the bands are well disciplined, so the event will flow smoothly. You don't have to worry about an "attention Queen" Band Director trying to hijack the BOTB.

[TX_FINEST]

I'll be in that thang!!

[Normal1875]

TX finest you making the trip all the way to Normal?

Is PV flying into Huntsville Intl or taking buses here?

I live in Atlanta GA, so yup I'll be in that thang on Friday. I believe the football team is flying, the band will be driving up on buses.

[DAHILL]

It's so much going on that Friday night that I hope that BOTB isn't overlooked...but I'll definitely be there and I'm sure I'll see a great showing from both bands.

What else is going on?

I have been waiting for years to see this and I can't make it to Huntsville. This is going to be a very good Battle. At least this will open the door for the MMW to come to Texas next year!

[Quietstorm]

Outstanding musicianship on both bands tonight! Can't wait for the videos

[BLAQUE PRINCE]

Knew this would be a battle of cleanliness. Can't wait to see the rest.

[bernard]

The place is packed and both bands came for blood! This is what happens when you take an "attention Queen" Band Director out the picture. Let the music play and let the kids have fun! Props to AAMU & PVAMU!

Close battle but PV gets the edge with The Timmy Turner battle and the very last song. However, AAMU was good too.

[Quietstorm]

To: AAMU,
What are you all feeding them Divas? Good LAWD!!!!!

[PVSAX99]

White IS now my favorite color....that is all...
