Lol. Those pictures are hilarious. Dude looked like he didn't get in to me, but that's the game. I have seen several SU lucky horseshoes in my day.

Anyway, I am happy that SU won. I want a BC showdown.

Now we have one implying that who doo was placeed on the officials. Is that the same endzone old boy from South Carolina State receiver dropped the chalupa? LOL

SU has had a video board since 03

What's up those huge blocked areas in the middle of the board?

I thought he stepped out before losing the ball, but didn’t that score put SU up by 13 anyway. That didn’t determine the game

No, it put them up 30-24. They thought it was gonna be reviewed (although everyone knew there was no reviews for this game) and rushed to kick the extra point and missed it.

If PV would’ve scored a TD instead of settling for the FG after Austin second interception ... PV would’ve been up 11 instead of 7 early in the third quarter

If PV wouldn't have called that time out right before half and let the clock run down, they wouldn't have given up the TD before half.

Man that ball so far away that there is no way that ball was in his hand. Photos would have caught the ball in his hand not feet away.. From multiple angles. Show one angle with it in his hand when it crossed the plain. That ball dayum near to new orleans...
We can see that physics and math run weak at this particular institution. I guess the extremely rare possibility that all particles in an object could quantum tunnel to the same location at the same time occurred here. Otherwise that ball left the players hands well before the plane of the goal. There is no "could have been in his hands".

I see what Founder was saying about the lack of logical argument from some of these other schools.

So basically between that gaffe that gave Southern a 17-14 halftime lead and PV settling for a FG to go up 24-17 instead of scoring a TD to go up 28-17 midway through the third quarter ... y'all played yourselves? Those two decisions swing the game. Could've potentially been 28-10 midway through the third.

But close only counts with horseshoes and hand grenades.

I normally would take the stems out.

lol

Y'all notice how quiet ol' Bewild is on this matter?

The outcome doesn't change and it's PV's fault 1000% that it did not win this game. If we were decently serious about winning, the game wouldn't have been "horse shoes" and "hand grenade toss" close for us to lose. smh Congrats Jags. Y'all deserve to win and I would've chosen SU over us in this game because I already knew what the outcome would be but that alum bullshit reared its ugly head - the same disease that the Valley posters have every week lol . ::read::

Serious question. I know Willie Simmons can coach but do u think his staff cant?

The problem starts w/ our recruitment. You and I could EASILY coach a thoroughbred, who has been bred and born to run fast and strong, to run in the kentucky derby. Howsinever, we'd look foolish trying to coach a mule to run in the same race.

Real talk!! Somethings missing with PV football team. I dont know what it is but y'all have the pieces to win a championship. Being 3-5 with the team y'all got is crazy!!

Hmm...

"That's disrespectful
Prairie View supplied both the motivation and the opportunity for Austin Howard to light it up for a season-high 405 passing yards.

The Panthers committed their defense to stopping Southern’s rushing attack, coming out in zero coverage — essentially loading defenders up near the line of scrimmage and leaving their defensive backs alone in man coverage.

Howard took that as a slight.

“When defenses play zero, as a quarterback, that’s disrespectful,” Howard said. “That’s just saying you’re going to have to show what you’re about.

“I look at that pre-snap, I don’t want to run the ball into zero, that’s eight guys in the box and we only have five down linemen and maybe a tight end. Like I said, that’s disrespectful when teams go zero against you, daring you to throw the ball. We made things happen.”
