That is not the first time folks claimed Lincoln was black. I had a book that I can't find claimed we had 5 of them and Lincoln was one.

It didn't name number 5 but the book was made around the time JFK was in office.

I am trying to remember the others-Lincoln & Harding.

- The Book is titled: THE FIVE NEGRO PRESIDENTS,,, by: J.A. ROGERS in 1965,,, the five negro presidents: Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, Warren G. Harding, Calvin Coolidge, and Vice President Hannibal Hamlin is considered a Negro, who was Lincoln's Vice President.
