That maybe true, but you know "The Man" at the NCAA is gonna try and make an example out this kid. He may eventually be ruled eligible, but they are gonna tie this sh!t up in all kinda litigation.....LOL. Hell, they rule kids ineligible for tattoos!!!He's already enrolled at an NCAA school and he's over 18. No loopholes.
Melo can do this as long as he isn't paid. He's under 18 and his dad owns the company so he can claim all profits are going to his parents.

I would hope someone is advising his dad on NCAA regulations.
The high school agency already cleared him.The NCAA will do everything it can to make that boy an example-Dad owns the company or not. They have given kids HELL for less. Also lets not forget whatever sports group that watches over high school sports will be WATCHING as will any white school that they play. That show company is a "weapon" for recruiting not only players but student to that school and as Deon Sanders learned-you don't BLEEP with a school when it comes to students.

Also why wouldn't the NCAA ok it when many other kids have made money off their names prior to college? Including Lil Romeo and Puff Daddy's son
