Dear people of TSPN,
I have found the problem and it has been corrected. For some reason, the system created (actually replicated) another usergroup that gave permissions to all of the forums. That new usergroup has been deleted and everything is back to normal. There was no hacking involved, nor has there ever been a problem with hacking for quite sometime now (years for the matter).
Keep in mind that we just moved to a new server that is much, much, much more secure than the previous one. I think that this is nothing more than a simple glitch that was related to the migration. It has been fixed and shouldn't happen again.
I apologize if this has caused any level of concern any of you. But it shouldn't happen again.

To be honest and not trying to cause a problem. But, you can't stop him. Panthro knows what I'm talking about, too. That was just one part of the problem. UBBs can be hacked like a mug now-a-days. If you have time to do it, it's quite easy and somebody has been doing it through this board for longer than you think. I'll send you a PM.

A brutha aint tried to hack isht or access isht in a clandestine manner.
Look in the Q&A fourm. I asked access to our own JSU forum.
I just went to work on my "State" computer and based on is isht they set up overnight I had access to everyting up in dis beeotch.
Now I very well could have just STFU and lurked, but what could I have assertained? We are are professional black folk up in here.
What else are we gonna discuss other than "who needs to be fired" or "who needs to be hired" around here.
