Orlando Anderson after being attacked was taken upstairs by hotel security and their medical team found him to have a dislocated shoulder where they took him to the hospital. There was at least an hour wait and by the time Orlando Anderson returned....Tupac had already been shot.

This is why Las Vegas police never considered Anderson a suspect.

Word is there is CCTV with the evidence.
