We have to stop allowing others to define US by the worse of us. When I say the worse of us I am not trying to be negative because many of those enjoying that foolish behavior now will grow out of it. Most of it is mob mentality. When I was at sTu in the early to mid 70s we had guys who stayed high more than you can imagine. One is now a retired police officer (retired as a detective if I am not mistaken). Some are principals and school teachers. One person I was exchanging messages with just last week told me her aunt (who played percussion in the Ocean when I was there) had gone on to get her degree...her juris doctorate and something else that escapes me right now. She was as wild as they came...even I steered clear of her. If you had known either one of the two examples I just gave you would have said NO F'ing WAY! But they grew up. Some never did grow up but those who did far out number those who did not.I understand what you're saying, but giving up is not the way. Someone (whoever that may have been) didnt give up on you, so you shouldnt give up. Our race can and Will be saved. We shouldn't give up.
