maybe you can answer a football question for me.
Joe Paterno coaches for Penn State. he has been there like forever. About two years ago, he was a play away from the national championship. The guy earns about 10 times less than an average Big 10 HC. The guy has been there since Moses was a baby. His contract is up at the end of this year and he aint remotely interested in leaving. Penn State told him, "we will talk to you about that when its time."

My question is, if this guy has to wait on a new contract, why in the hell did Gram give a guy a new contract thats only been on campus about 9 months? The guy is a loser...he lost is last 3 games. got his ass kicked in the BC the SCG and he was looking for a job for weeks before the championship game. He spent most of his time trying to get back to the east coast instead of concentrating on Mighty JSU.

The part GR dont understand is, why would Gram reward this kinda behavoir with a new contract AFTER is was apparent that this guy wasnt going anywhere. And even if he was going somewhere, big deal. can you give me an explanation why he was given a new contract?

Yeah I do too. :( Actually missed communicating w/ Sarge. We were "photo" brothers of sort.

But that one comment towards my boy GUD was way over the top considering his time of bereavement. You can't "play" w/ people like that in this day and age.

Dont you think people need to stop playing with other people if they dont want them to respond? You cant say what you want to people, some of the meanest stuff you can think of, and then regulate how they respond. If you dont want folks to say stuff thats personal, you cant say personal stuff to people....no matter what.

For instance, GUD over time has taken a few personal shots at GR. GR chooses to ignore his comments because a personal attack is the best he can do. Its a stretch, and its beneath GR to respond to personal attacks. But if GR chose personal responses, what could he say?

So if you dont want somebody saying silly things about your family, dont say things about them. Thats just how GR was raised.

This stuff is funny to me. People dogged Sarge out now they're trying to act like they're for him. I thought the first rule of smack and it's listed on the opening forum: ...................................... Nonetheless, people take this crap waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay toooo serious. It has become personal for many, spending waaaaaay too much time on here. Hey, if you can't take it, don't throw it out there. That's why i just use it for fun because I can be a bit ruthless if I choose. So I just talk smack with certain people.

I remember a SU female whinned because something I said. I week before that she was passing out the same stuff. She's one of these Moderators. Also, certain people from GRAM...well, I'm leaving this mess alone, ain't worth it.:lmao:

No man, I was sincere in asking where you wuz... it wasn't smack or an attempt to smack. Believe it or not, I enjoy your posts. They either stimulate thought or invoke emotion...that is what good smack is all about.

Wasn't upset with Sarge...still isn't. Just letting him and all others know that I don't go the "momma" route with my smack and would appreciate it if he and all others didn't do it with me. Are you telling me what should and should not be acceptable to me? Sarge and anyone else can talk about MB till Bell is rehired and I would either ignore it or answer back in kind. However, talking about family members will never be cool with me (unless that family member is posting on here, works for Grambling in an official capacity, or is a student/athlete...then they would be fair game in my book.
