Hell I did that back in the 80's too... I actually did a couple of cycles... Was too hard on my kidneys... Stopped it after two cycles (each cycle is about a month)... One thing about them, they WORK!!! I took a small little blue pill called dianabol...

That small blue pill is still a very common sight in the gyms that I have been in.

I am talking about a vegetable, fruit juicer..... These things are EXPENSIVE!!!

Jack Lelane(sp) from target is decent. I want a blentex blender which ill basicall pulverize anything you put in it. So you get the fiber and the Juice.

I have the same one... I juice alot, what about you? I use alot of things you may not use.... I juice kale, spinach, celery, cucumbers and the like... Not just fruits...
