You know how the judicial system is. Ther fact that the girl may or may not have been a stripper won't be entered into evidence, unless that was the pretense that brought her to the dorm. And the story has been, that the girl dated one of the guys, so that's out the window.
And even if it was allowed, if she said 'no' or 'stop' at any point, then anything after that constitutes a crime. So it doesn't really matter.
Now what I think'll happen is this. One of the guys will turn into Sam Cooke and start singing. There are too many suspects for them all to stick to the same story. Watch what'll happen. They'll all get indicted. Then one of them will request a separate trial. That'll be the one who cops a deal with the D.A. to testify against the others. I'm certain the girl had a rape kit done at a hospital after the incident. The judge will order DNA testing on all the guys, and the DNA will matchup on several of 'em, if not all of them. That'll establish who had sex and who didn't. Then it'll come down to hearsay. And that's when one or more of the guys will turn on the others. It happens all the time. It'll probably be the one who got scratched or something like that. The one that's most guilty-looking will be the one who makes a deal.
And when that happens, the others will cop pleas. They'll all get convicted of something. Maybe not Felony Sexual Battery, but there are enough other lesser chargers they can cop to. And when that's done, the girl will sue Jackson State, and they'll settle. So JState loses in the end anyway........
And Andy Stoglin's contract is up, too? You know he's toast......
