To my understanding the next DOB must have a PhD in Music, must have the experience of being a DOB at a unversity previously and preferably a JSU grad who marched in the Boom. If this is the case this only leaves one person to my knowledge, Dr. Magruder. The question is will JSU be able to come up with the money to make this happen.
