Why charge both parties.? If it was two White women fighting, the White woman who threw the first blow would've been the only one charged because her attorney would've played the video and it would've been an open and shut case.

I thought that Oklahoma law in that case would've gave them both felony assualt charges.

I believe there was an article or an interview I heard on the radio saying that the girl's legal reps didn't want that charge so it got pled down. I could be mistaken though.

Bottom line he should have walked away and turned her in to the police. Just like a man has no right to put his hands on a woman in any circumstance neither a woman does to put her hands on a man.

I keep hearing this "under any circumstance" case and that makes no sense at all. If a woman's trying to attack me with a weapon and all I have are my hands to defend myself, I'm going to use my hands, fists, fingers, elbows, feet, legs, mouth to defend myself.

Problem is though when the police come she could either twist it around and say that you attacked her or they automatically assume that you attacked her. A man is always in a lose-lose situation when stuff like that happens.
