Jemele Hill, Megy Kelly and others on Caitlin Clark being Time Athletes of the Year





Chinese Yao Ming & American Jeremy Lin are very , very popular in China & has a lot to do with how they look. White Conservatives seem to hate to admit that she is popular because she is white( & a damn good player). Clark simply acknowledging that fact pisses them off.

Correction She is WHITE and STRAIGHT. Because we have white players in the WNBA. Most are just LGBTQA+.
 
CC don't do nothing but hoop and everybody using her as an avatar to push whatever agenda they have. Folks on both sides don't care about her or women’s basketball.

Agree. Some Whites are simply upset that people are pointing out why she is extra popular( They have a history with White Hopes) . She's not apologizing for it , but simply acknowledging why & cashing those huge checks.
 
I think 2024 when you combine what she did in college and in the pros, she is certainly a viable choice.

I have been saying that's the reason that the WNBA took off this year for that very reason (her and Angel are straight)

The WNBA kinda leaned into being an #Alphabetical🏳️‍🌈 friendly league which led to it being a fringe sport in this country
