I hear the announcers say its about 40,000-45,000 at the game. Can this many people fit in Jack Spinks? Alcorn needs the classic to stay alive. They need the money. They wont make this much money in alcorn. brown knows that
 
At the rate this is going, JSU's 11 offensive starters will be Co-OPOTW.


I feel for ya Braves fans... we were waaaaay more talented than yall and we only won 3 games in 2006.
 
Did I hear the announcers say that JSU has 400 yards of offense already? Alcorn has 108 yards. Casey has 300+ yards, 2 TDs, 2 ints.

Dude, if the game moves to Alcorn, we get to keep ALL the money that's made. JSU is getting a majority of the money from the classic and we may get some but we have to pay travel, food, and lodging. We don't make as much money as we could if we played a home and home.

When you bring majority of the crowd, have a better team, and a better marching band, those are perks you receive. Its just business. :tup:

The point people like you make when you make that statement is that you forget the you will make NO money the next year and you will have to travel anyway. You only traveling 2 hours up the road...sheesh! But if ya'll wanna make money off of 25K people one year and let JSU make money off of 40-50K the next, that's fine with us. Things balance out for us. But as your President just said on your broadcast, he can't justify moving the game based on revenue just yet.
