I was wondering if someone can give me their own unbiased synopsis of what went down between "The Sonic Boom" vs. "The Crimson Pipers," this weekend?
Put it in plain language for someone like me who is unfamiliar with band terminology that is often used.
Note, my reason for asking is because, yes being connected with the HBCU (Skegee), my social media timelines had numerous posts and clips of the back and forth performances of both bands just like @bernard post. I just couldn't understand the big deal.
I mean, it look like both bands where having fun and I enjoyed everything. Apparently it was better than the game itself...LOL.
Yet on one hand JSU peeps were like, how dare them Skegee fools play that...! Then my Skegee folks were like, the nerve of JSU playing "Ball and Parlay," "but we showed them suckas...!"
Even more interesting was JSU peeps giving Tuskegee props for their courage and what not trying to come at the almighty, Sonic Boom. I've never known JSU band peeps give too much props to anyone. <--or was this pretty much the case?
