No we hired the person we felt was best for the job. Y'all overpaying for someone that nobody wants, can't speak, can't coach (look at his record), and who has no intelligent plan to recruit.

The first sentence you typed is what we did also...how many of those candidates had ALL that we were looking for? 0 but the admin heard our alumni out and hired who they thought was the best fit. We do not brag about which big names were in the hat because who wants to brag about a coach applying simply to use your school as a launching pad. Glad brian was or was not interested in the job. Glad hughes did not like the facilities. I am so glad we did not pick anyone that does not truly want to be here. $260K wasn't shit to come up with i see, glad its going to a tiger.

There has to be a clause in his contract that states, "a $20k deduct per game lost".

One thing for sure, jSU has already spent $310k for a new coach. $50k for Comegy buyout and $260k to hire Jackson.

No, grossly overpaying for an unproven coach is very much "SWAC-ish." And this is coming from probably the only non-JSU person who agreed with your decision to fire Comegy.
